This electronics innovator and award-winning global exporter was experiencing rapid growth as demand for their products expanded worldwide. They needed to refresh the board, build resilience within their operations team, and inject some creativity into the marketing effort. We started with the board, finding an experienced and well-connected Chair along with an impressive digital strategist who joined as an additional NED.

We then went on to find a Product Development Director to take control of the manufacturing facility and introduce stronger disciplines and processes to all product and quality issues. This appointment was followed by another search for a highly commercial Growth Marketer to bring fresh initiatives and new ideas into the business development team.

With a strengthened board and these two critical hires in place, the CEO/Founder was then free to do what he felt was the most valuable use of his time - growing his business by spending more time with both existing and potential international customers.
