This global US consulting business providing technological solutions and risk consulting for the energy sector, needed to strengthen its international leadership team. We worked with them in identifying the need for a Senior VP to take charge of the EMEA business, and an Executive VP to lead their APAC operation based in Singapore.

Our challenge was to find two senior individuals with strong credentials from both a technical and a leadership perspective. They also needed impressive track records and high-level networks gained within the sector, particularly refining and clean energy solutions. Although this was a difficult and complex brief, we were successful in finding two excellent candidates who brought heavyweight expertise, strong management, and fresh thinking to our Client’s international operations.

We then built on this success with three searches for three more key hires - a Regional Head of Western Europe, a CIO, and a VP Software Solutions.
