This established global provider of technological solutions for security and aerospace needed a President for their recently established US operation. With an impressive roster of Government clients, the business needed a senior leader with a strong and deep network within the US space, security, and intelligence community.

Our search involved high level networking, looking for an accomplished technologist with a sound understanding of how to sell complex electronics and software solutions to both government and commercial clients. Our successful candidate had an impressive background gained at executive level within both the public and private sectors, as well as strong academic credentials and US military service.

Following on from the success of that appointment, we were then tasked with finding three CEOs for three of our client’s EMEA based spin-outs. This involved three searches for leaders with expertise in wireless solutions, geoscientific products and services, and cybersecurity, respectively. We therefore found three senior executives with strong track records in strategic business development, and capable of growing small and highly innovative research led businesses to a successful future exit for our client.
